ABOUT Palak Paneer RECIPE

Classic paneer recipe for the winters, which is prepared in few minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 large bunch palak(boiled & pureed )
  2. 200gms paneer cubed
  3. 1"ginger grated
  4. 1 green chilli cut into 2
  5. 1/2tsp jeera
  6. 1 tsp oil
  7. Sugar a pinch
  8. 1tbsp Milk
  9. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai and add jeera. When it crackles add grated ginger and green chilies.
  2. After the ginger and green chilies are cooked, add palak puree and let it cook for a minute. Add sugar, milk, salt and pepper. When it starts bubbling add paneer cubes.
  3. Mix it gently and cook on low heat for a minute. Remove from heat and serve with breads of your choice.

Nice! The green colour from palak looks overwhelming, maybe I can add less of it
