Jaggery Chocolate Laddoo

Ingredients to make Jaggery Chocolate Laddoo

  • 150 grams mava
  • 50 grams wheat flour
  • 40 grams jaggery
  • 2 tablespoons gond
  • 50 grams dry fruit
  • 2 spoons choco chips
  • 1 spoon chocolate powder
  • 20 grams or, as needed
  • 50 grams ghee

How to make Jaggery Chocolate Laddoo

  1. Heat oil and deep fry gond and keep aside and crush it when cold
  2. In the same ghee roast wheat flour until golden brown.
  3. In another bowl add a teaspoon ghee add jaggery let it simmer until the jaggery melts
  4. Now mix flour and jaggery together, add chocolate powder, gond crushed, dry fruit mix all let it cool a bit now add choco chips in it and make ladoo
  5. Now take chocolate compound, melt in a double boiler let it come to normal temperature.
  6. Cover the laddoos in melted chocolate
  7. Decorate with rose petals dry fruits and chocochips
  8. You can take both white and dark chocolate as desired. I have used both
