Ingredients to make Flaxseeeds, Quinoa, Almonds Bars

  • Flaxseeds powder 1 cup
  • Quinoa Pops 1 cup
  • Crushed dates 1/2 cup
  • Almonds,pistachio slices, Raisins 1/2 cup
  • honey 3 to 4 teaspoons
  • jaggery Powder 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sinnamon powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg powder

How to make Flaxseeeds, Quinoa, Almonds Bars

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a thick bottomed pan.
  2. Keep on a slow flame gas for few minutes till all the ingredients are mixed well.
  3. Then pour the mixture in a container.
  4. Add some dry fruits on the top.
  5. Once it cools down cut it into pieces like bars.
  6. Keep it in the airtight container to remain crispy.

My Tip:

If the mixure becomes dry, you can add more honey as per choice.
