Ingredients to make Eggless Chocolate Pudding with Kheel Topping

  • Milk(full cream) - 1 cup
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • milkmaid - 3/4 th to 1 cup
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Kheel - 1/4 th cup
  • Vanilla Essence- 1 tsp

How to make Eggless Chocolate Pudding with Kheel Topping

  1. Mix milk with milkmaid. Add yoghurt and mix well
  2. Now caramelise sugar.Add half of this to the milk mixture. Caramel will crystallise but will eventually melt once you bake.
  3. In half of the remaining caramel stir the kheels and keep aside.
  4. Now grease 5- 6 ramekin/silicon moulds .Spoon a tsp of the caramel at the base,just tilt the mould so that it spreads uniformly.Now add the milk ,yoghurt mixture till 3/4 th of each mould.
  5. Similarly fill all moulds.
  6. Bake in a pre- heated oven at 180 degrees C for 25 mins.
  7. Take out ,chill in refrigerator,demould and serve.
  8. Delicious kheel caramel pudding is ready.
