Glazed Almond

Ingredients to make Glazed Almond

  • sugar 100 gram
  • Chocolate 30 gram
  • cinnamon stick one (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla essence one teaspoon
  • almonds 1/2 cup
  • Caster sugar for dusting

How to make Glazed Almond

  1. Heat sugar In a heavy bottom pan for a caramelising. Add cinnamon stick and pinch of salt. Heat pan on medium flam and stir constantly until sugar caramelises
  2. Now add half almonds and coat them with sugar. Keep a side for cooling. keep on a cooling rack so that extra caramel drips off.
  3. Sprinkle/dust caster sugar on it.
  4. And in same pan, add chocolate and vanilla. Heat again, mix well and add almonds.Stir to coat well. Keep aside for cooling.

My Tip:

If possible remove almond from pan one by one for better results.
