Coconut Ladoos

Ingredients to make Coconut Ladoos

  • 1/2 kg rawa
  • 125 gms methi
  • Grated coconuts big ones - 5
  • 375 gms chikki gur/jaggery
  • 125gms of gond/ding
  • almonds slivered 1/4kg
  • 100ms khus khus
  • Pure ghee
  • 1/4kg kismish

How to make Coconut Ladoos

  1. Fry rawa with 50gms ghee on slow fire till light brown add methi and keep roasting
  2. In a different vessel take 100gms ghee and slow roast the coconut
  3. In a large vessel Take 1/4kg ghee fry gond , remove and powder In the same ghee add gur let it melt. Keep stirring till it boils and changes colour Add the powdered gond.
  4. You should keep stirring. After gur melts add coconut and mix well
  5. Add roasted rawa with the dry fruits and khus khus Turn off the flame and keep mixing till it cools down a little .
  6. Make laddoos when still hot. Enjoy
