Mozzarella Tandoori Bites

Ingredients to make Mozzarella Tandoori Bites

  • 3 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1/4th cup of milk powder
  • 2 tsp of yeast
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 cup of warm milk
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • salt
  • 250 gm chicken
  • 1 tsp of garam masala
  • 1 tsp of tandoori masala
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • A piece of aluminium foil
  • A piece of charcoal

How to make Mozzarella Tandoori Bites

  1. The recipe for the yeast dough or pizza dough is present on my profile . Please check it out from there .
  2. With your dough done , we can move forward with the filling .
  3. In a pan , heat up a tbsp of oil . In it add the chicken with all the masalas .
  4. Once it's done , heat up the charcoal piece and place it in the foil. Carefully place the foil in the pan with chicken . Pour a tbsp of oil over the heated charcoal and cover the pan with a lid .
  5. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C
  6. Take a generous amount of dough and flatten it out in such a way that the outer edges of the rolled out dough are comparitively thinner than the middle portion .
  7. Carefully , put in the chicken along with a generous amount of mozzarella .
  8. Gently , pull up the outer edges all the way to the top and pinch them down nicely . Make sure they are closed well .
  9. Let them rest for 20 mins for a second round of rising .
  10. Brush them with egg white and garnish them with black seeds or sesame seeds .
  11. Finally , bake them in the oven for about 15-20 mins or till they become golden brown .

My Tip:

Make sure to add a lot of cheese .
