Ingredients to make Frozen Banana Raspberry

  • 2 Ripe bananas (cut into pieces, frozen overnight)
  • Raspberries 3/4 cup (frozen)
  • 6 almonds (chopped fine )
  • Flax Seeds (powdered) 1 tbsp
  • walnuts (chopped finely) 1 tbsp

How to make Frozen Banana Raspberry

  1. Puree bananas, raspberries and almonds in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add ground flax seeds and mix well.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hrs or until set.
  4. Scoop into bowls and serve with chopped walnuts on top.

My Tip:

you can also use strawberry or blueberry for a different flavour/colour.
