Mint Rubbed Chicken

Ingredients to make Mint Rubbed Chicken

  • chicken (boneless) - 500 gms
  • Few mint leaves
  • Corriander paste - 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
  • ginger-Garlic Paste - 2 Tbsp
  • Black pepper powder
  • Oil as required (Use butter for added flavour)
  • lemon - 1
  • salt to taste

How to make Mint Rubbed Chicken

  1. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and leave it for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Grease a baking dish and pour it all over
  3. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
  4. Make sure the chicken is well cooked and doesn't become too dry.
