ABOUT Very Berry Flaxseed Jaggery Lassi RECIPE

Try this awesome healthy lassi , with or without ice cubes . Strawberries , Cranberries and Blueberries , all are there , no sugar , added jaggery instead .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fresh or frozen strawberries 6 , I have used fresh
  2. Blueberries 10
  3. Cranberries 10
  4. Jaggery powder 2 tsp
  5. yoghurt 1 cup
  6. Water 1/2 cup or milk , I have added water
  7. Flaxseeds roasted 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash strawberries , blueberries , cranberries
  2. Grind flaxseed to a fine powder
  3. Now put yughurt in a blender
  4. Also add jaggery powder , flax seed powder and water
  5. Add blueberries , cranberries and strawberries
  6. Blend together for 2-3 mins
  7. Your very berry flaxseed lassi is ready
  8. Garnish as you like , you can add some ice cubes too
