  1. Almond-1cup
  2. Sugar-3/4cup
  3. Ghee-3tbsp

Instructions

  1. soak almond for 4-5 hours. peel it. grind with milk to a smooth paste.
  2. Make sugar syrup of one string consistency
  3. Add almond paste and add ghee. Cook till cooks well.
  4. Seve hot
