Instant Amla Pickle

Ingredients to make Instant Amla Pickle

  • amla 250gms
  • Red mirch powder 1tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ready Achar masala 4tsp
  • oil 1cup
  • salt as per taste

How to make Instant Amla Pickle

  1. Wash, dry, de-seed amla and cut into equal sized pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and just when smoke stars coming switch off the gas, let the oil come to room temperature.
  3. In a bowl add oil and dry ingredients to it and mix well.
  4. Add cut amla into it and mix well till all amlas are coated with masala.
  5. Transfer into a clean glass bottle.
  6. You can store this pickle for 4-5 days at room temperature and if you want to store longer keep it in the fridge.
