Ingredients to make Gur And Badam Phirni

  • 1/2 cup basmati rice
  • 5 cups milk
  • 5tbsp jaggery
  • 1 tsp elaichi powder
  • 10 pieces almonds chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios for garnishing

How to make Gur And Badam Phirni

  1. Soak the rice for 30 mins in water.
  2. Boil the milk in a kadhai.
  3. Now pour the rice paste and stir well.
  4. Add the jaggery and stir well.
  5. Add chopped almonds and stir well.
  6. Now add elaichi powder and cool down for few mins.
  7. Pour it into an earthen pot and keep in the fridge.Garnish with chopped pistachios.
  8. Serve chilled.
