Tutti Fruity Almond Kheer

Ingredients to make Tutti Fruity Almond Kheer

  • 200 grams almonds
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1/2 litre Full cream Milk
  • Tutti frutti flavoured Poha/beaten rice
  • 1 tbsp Chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp pistachio

How to make Tutti Fruity Almond Kheer

  1. Soak Almonds overnight if possible
  2. Remove skin and blend well
  3. Strain the almond paste adding warm water to extract almond milk
  4. Heat half litre milk and add sugar and stir well
  5. Now add Poha let it cook for 5 minutes
  6. As poha softens in milk , cool it little and add almond milk stir well
  7. Heat on slow flame for 2 minutes
  8. Remove from flame and cool kheer
  9. Garnish with chopped Almonds and pistachios

My Tip:

Use Tutti frutti sweets to add in poha if such poha not available
