Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups fresh curry leaves
  2. 2 cups of raw rice
  3. 1 cup urad dhal
  4. 1 tsp methi

Instructions

  1. Soak rice for 4 hours
  2. Soak urad dhal and methi for 2 hours
  3. grind urad dhal until soft
  4. grind rice bit rough along with curry leaves
  5. mix rice and dhal together and grind for a minute
  6. Allow the batter to rest for 8-10 hours for fermentation
  7. Stir well and heat a dosa tawa. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it thinly and evenly. Drizzle some oil in the edges and cook till golden.
  8. Serve.
