Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 cups mint leaves
  2. 2 fresh green chile peppers, or to taste
  3. 2 tablespoons lime juice
  4. 1 tablespoon white sugar, or more to taste
  5. 1/2 Cup grated coconut
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine the mint leaves, green chile peppers, coconut lime juice, sugar, and salt in a food processor and grind into a fine paste.
  2. 2. Add some water to help grind all the leaves.
  3. 3. Chutney is ready to serve
