Ingredients to make Veggie Fingers

  • potatoes-2 big boiled and mashed
  • carrots-1/2 cup grated
  • fenugreek -1/4th cup chopped
  • Beans-3-4 stringed and chopped
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 Cheese cube grated
  • Bread crumbs-1 cup
  • oil for frying
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • water 4 tbsp

How to make Veggie Fingers

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and shape it like fingers.
  2. Make a thick paste with corn flour and water.
  3. Coat the veggie fingers in the paste. Roll in the breadcrumbs and deep fry till golden.
  4. Serve with ketchup. enjoy.
