Ingredients to make Chicken 65

  • Boneless chicken - 200 gm
  • cornflour - 4 tbsp
  • ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Orange food color (optional) - 1/8 th tsp
  • salt
  • coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • curry leaves (chopped) - 1 tbsp Refined oil
  • Refined oil
  • Tempering -
  • Slitted green chillies - 3-4
  • curry leaves - 12
  • Refined oil

How to make Chicken 65

  1. Marinate the chicken with all the items mentioned except the refined oil and tempering ingredients, for at least 1 hour.
  2. Deep fry the chicken in very hot oil and keep aside.
  3. Take another pan, add a little oil, when hot add the curry leaves and green chillies.
  4. Add the fried chicken and stir. Serve.
