Ingredients to make Hara Bhara Kabab

  • 1/4 cup palak leaves blanched and chopped
  • 4 tbsp green peas shelled
  • 1 medium potato boiled and chopped
  • 1 medium banana boiled and chopped
  • 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  • 1/4 cup grated paneer
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic green chili paste
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp coariander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh bread crumbs
  • dry bread crumbs for coating
  • 6-7 cashews

How to make Hara Bhara Kabab

  1. in a mixer jar add palak and peas grind coarsely
  2. add potato, banana and grind again
  3. texture should not be smooth
  4. transfer into a bowl and add remaining ingrediants. mix well
  5. make round balls. coat with dry bread crumbs and give a shape
  6. stick cashew in center and keep in fridge for 1 hr
  7. shallow or deep fry till golden brown
  8. sprinkle chat masala and serve with onion, lemon, ketchup
