Dum Aaloo

Ingredients to make Dum Aaloo

  • 10 small potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 medium size onions
  • One inch ginger
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp cheshw nuts
  • 2 cloves
  • bay leaves

How to make Dum Aaloo

  1. Peel baby potatoes and Pierce with fork
  2. Deep fry till golden brown
  3. Take oil in a pan add bay leaves
  4. Now add Cinnamon and clove powder
  5. Grinded onion garlic and ginger paste saute till golden brown
  6. Add tomato puree
  7. Saute till oil appears
  8. Add fried potatoes and simmer
  9. Put the lid on the pan and let it cook for sometime
  10. Serve with chapati in lunch or dinner
