Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Store bought pav buns.
  2. Veggies like cauliflower a cup
  3. Beans a cup
  4. Green peas a cup
  5. Potaoes 1 large
  6. tomatoes 3 chopped
  7. Onions finely chopped a cup
  8. Bell pepper 1 diced
  9. Pav bhaji masala 2 tbsp
  10. Chilli powder a tbsp
  11. Green chillies finely chopped 2
  12. Butter 70 to 80 gm.

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a pressure pan, saute the onions well.
  2. Add the veggies. Stir in for a while. Pop in the tomatoes at the end.
  3. Add the masalas and saute for 3 to 4 mins.
  4. Cover the lid and pressure cook for atleast 6 to 10 whistles.
  5. After that, once cooled, open the lid and simmer until done.
  6. Add in some more butter
  7. Add as less water as possible while pressure cooking.
  8. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with a dollop of butter.

Pav bhaji.. my favourite! This is literally making my mouth water...looks soo gooood... :)
