Ingredients to make Egg Tadka Dal.

  • Whole green moong 1 1/2 cups,cooked
  • eggs 2
  • onion 2 medium
  • Tomato puree of 2 tomatoes
  • Chilli powder & coriander powder 1tsp each
  • turmeric
  • ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala a generous pinch.
  • coriander leaves

How to make Egg Tadka Dal.

  1. Cook whole moong for 5 minutes in a cooker.

My Tip:

You can adjust masalas, according to your taste. this dish is made in many ways. In north India, Some fry eggs in the same pan, after adding masalas. Then put dal. But I fried eggs separately.
