Deep Fried IceCream

Ingredients to make Deep Fried IceCream

  • 1 scoop of icecream any flavour
  • 2 white bread slices
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • cinnamon powder a pinch
  • choclate sauce
  • oil for frying

How to make Deep Fried IceCream

  1. scoop out ice cream and place in a plate and put into refrigerator uncovered for at least 2 hours
  2. meanwhile make a slury by adding water , all purpose flour and cinamom powder in a deep bowl
  3. After 2 hours take 2 slices of bread and put into water and squeeze out the water quickly by pressing with your palm gently
  4. Now place the icecream between two breads and pack the bread properly as we do for aloo bondas
  5. Keep it again in refrigerator for 2 hours
  6. After 2 hours take sufficient amount of oil in a deep pan and heat it
  7. take out the icecream bonda and dip it in slury
  8. and quickly put into hot oil and deep fry
  9. fry it on medium to high heat
  10. serve and garnish with chocolate sauce
  11. our fried icecream is ready

My Tip:

Make sure that your icecream is very firm and as we take out bonda from the refrigerator the remaining process should be done very quickly otherwise your icecream will melt.and the edges of breads should be seal properly so that ice cream does not leak. If you are nonvegetarian , you can use beaten egg insted of maida slury.
