Air Fried Samosa

Ingredients to make Air Fried Samosa

  • 1/2 kg boiled potatoes
  • 1cup green pea
  • 1cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1teaspoon aniseed powdered
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 1teaspoon coriander seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1tablespoon coriander chopped
  • 1tablespoon dry fruits chopped
  • 2 table spoon oil or per requirement
  • maida 250gm

How to make Air Fried Samosa

  1. Heat oil in a pan put mustard seeds. let it crackle
  2. Put cumin seeds, coriander seeds
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute
  4. Add onion and saute till golden brown
  5. Add dry fruits and saute
  6. Add all the powdered spices
  7. Add boiled and mashed potatoes saute
  8. Add salt
  9. Add chopped coriander
  10. Add garam masala
  11. Switch off the frame
  12. For covering - take maida
  13. Add salt
  14. Add oil mix well
  15. Make a soft dough
  16. Cover it with wet cloth
  17. Make small balls of dough , roll with a rolling pin to get an oval shape
  18. Fold in cone shape
  19. Fill the samosa cover with the filling
  20. Preheat air fryer for 10 minutes
  21. Keep Samoa in air fryer basket and close it
  22. Temperature should be 190 degrees C
  23. Set timer for 20 minutes

My Tip:

Keep watching for 10 minutes interval. turn Samoa close and fry again for 10 minutes
