Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Suji
  2. 2 tbsp wheat flour
  3. 1tbsp Oil
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Water for kneading dough
  6. Oil for frying
  7. For stuffing -
  8. Boil potatoes
  9. Sprouts
  10. Namkeen
  11. Dahi bhalla
  12. Dahi
  13. Onion and tomato
  14. Tamarind chutney
  15. green chutney
  16. Pomegranate, bujiya sev for topping

Instructions

  1. First add oil in suji and wheat flour and rub it.
  2. Make a soft dough using water. And keep it for 30 min so that suji becomes soft.
  3. Now make small ball and roll it.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai on high flame and when ghee is hot, put poori and fluff it by pressing it.
  5. As poori fluffs, fry it on low flame.
  6. Now mix sprouts, potato, namkeen, onion and tomato with little curd and both chutneys.
  7. Now fill all things in the kachori.
  8. Top with chuttney dahi and pomegranate and bhujiya.
