Oats Gobi Manchurian

Ingredients to make Oats Gobi Manchurian

  • 400 gm gobi pieces
  • 1 and 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 1/4 cup red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • coriander leaves 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil to deep fry
  • Grated ginger 2 tbsp
  • 2 green chillies
  • sugar 1/4 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  • tomato sauce 1 tsp
  • Arrowroot powder 1 tbsp

How to make Oats Gobi Manchurian

  1. I prepared in this way - Soak Gobi pieces in boiled water, with turmeric powder and salt for 1-2 hours Then grind the oats, making a fine powder.
  2. . Add to a large empty vessel, put required salt, red chilli powder and refined flour. Add soaked Gobi pieces. Add little and little quantity of plain water. Mix well, Mix well, all above pieces deep pieces deep fry in heated oil. Keep asid
  3. In a kadaii, add 2-3 tbsp of oil, heat it, and add grated ginger, slits of green chilli. Fry few seconds, then add tomato puree
  4. Then add garam masala powder, salt to taste, boil for 2-4 minutes. in a small bowl, add arrowroot powder, 4 tbsp of plain water, mix well, add to the boiling mixture
  5. Boil 5 minutes, then add deep fried Gobi pieces, and both sauces, mix well, close the lid, cook for 5 to 6 minutes
  6. Finally, add cleaned, finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot
