Ingredients to make Corn Mozarella Sticks

  • Boiled semi crushed corns 1 cup
  • Boiled potato 1/2 cup
  • Italian spice mix 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered oats for binding 1/2 cup
  • Ajinomoto 1/2 teaspoon
  • chilly flakes 1/4 teaspoon
  • Mozarella cheese 1/4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Powdered oats for coating
  • oil for frying

How to make Corn Mozarella Sticks

  1. Mix all ingredients together except cheese.
  2. Apply oil on your hands and take a portion on hand and flatten to make base, put cheese in the center and bring the ends together to form a thick stick.

My Tip:
