  • Green moong daal 1/2 cup, soak it over night
  • onion 1 medium, grated
  • ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • green chilly chopped,1 tablespoon
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala powder 1 tablespoon
  • salt per as taste
  • coriander leaves chopped, 2 tablespoon
  • Dried mint leaves 1 teaspoon

  1. Dry roast the oats till lightly Brown
  2. Grind the daal without adding any water.
  3. Mix the daal, oats along with all the ingredients.
  4. Take small portions of them and form small tikkis
  5. Shallow fry them until brown from both sides.
