ABOUT Gooseberry Squash RECIPE

Gooseberry / amla is full of health. We should take one gooseberry daily. Here is a recipe with all the goodness of amla and full of vitamin C

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1kg -gooseberry
  2. 1kg -sugar
  3. 250gm -ginger
  4. 250gm -lemon
  5. 1tbsp -salt

Instructions

  1. Take gooseberry and ginger in cooker and add 2glasses of water and cook it for 5 whistles
  2. Churn it.
  3. Add lemon juice and salt in it
  4. Take sugar and add 1cup of water and make a syrup. Cool it down.
  5. Now add gooseberry mixture in it. And mix it. Keep it in the fridge.
  6. Add 20ml gooseberry squash. And add water. It is ready to serve. You can add black pepper powder and black salt while serving.
