Ingredients to make Butter Murruku

  • Rice flour 2cups
  • daliya roasted and powdered 1cup
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • butter 2tsp
  • salt
  • water
  • til 1tsp

How to make Butter Murruku

  1. roast daliya and make fine powder
  2. mix all ingredients and make soft dough
  3. in a deep pan heat oil for frying
  4. grease chakli press
  5. put dough in this
  6. press directly chakli in hot oil
  7. bubbles will form for sometime
  8. as soon as bubbles disappear and murruku turns golden brown, remove
  9. Put on a tissue paper
  10. butter murruku is ready
