Coriander Mint Green Chilli Pakora

Ingredients to make Coriander Mint Green Chilli Pakora

  • besan 1 cup
  • coriander 1/2 cup chopped
  • green chillies 5-6 chopped
  • mint leaves 1/4 cup chopped
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • ajwain crushed 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Pinch of Soda
  • water as required
  • oil for frying

How to make Coriander Mint Green Chilli Pakora

  1. Mix all ingredients well add enough water to make a thick batter for pakoras. keep aside for 5 min.
  2. Heat oil in kadai.once it gets hot, make pakoras by dropping one by one into hot oil
  3. fry till golden and crisp
  4. drain it on an absorbent paper and serve it with mint chutney and ketchup.enjoy.

My Tip:

you can add any vegetable of your choice. You may also add paneer
