Ingredients to make Vegetables Cutlets

  • boiled and mashed potatoes 2 cups
  • shredded cabbage 1/2 cup
  • boiled green peas 1/2 cup
  • red yellow and green bell pepper chopped 1/2cup
  • carrot shredded 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • aamchur powder 1/2 tsp
  • green chili and ginger paste 1tsp
  • chopped corriander leaves 2tbsp
  • bread crumbs 1cup

  1. mix all the ingredients
  2. make small balls
  3. flat them little with your palm
  4. roll it with bread crumbs
  5. shallow fry on non stick tawa

My Tip:

You can add veggies of your choice ,this can be done in appe pan too
