Ingredients to make Soya Cottage Cheese Seekh kebab

  • 1 cup soya granules
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1/4 cup boiled peas
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp whole spices powder ( garam masala )
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 5 to 6 skewers
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for shallow frying

How to make Soya Cottage Cheese Seekh kebab

  1. Boil Soya granules in salted water
  2. squeeze the excess water and take out in a bowl
  3. Mash Potato, cottage cheese , carrot and Peas into it
  4. Add all the ingredients that is cumin powder,red chilly powder, whole spice powder,coriander,ginger garlic paste,gram flour and salt
  5. Mix all the ingredients well
  6. Take skewers and shape the mashed mixture into kebabs
  7. Take a grilling pan , put a little oil and place the kebab with skewers on it
  8. Now brush the kebabs with oil and turn from both sides and cook evenly

You can also add vegetables of your choice
