Ingredients to make Cheese Stuffed Cabbage Leaf with Saffron Bechamel

  • cabbage leaf -6
  • Grated process cheese 1cup
  • Milk -1cup
  • onion 1
  • cloves 4
  • saffron 5gm
  • salt
  • Blackpepper

How to make Cheese Stuffed Cabbage Leaf with Saffron Bechamel

  1. In a pan add 2 cup of water now add cabbage leaf and boil for 5minutes so that the leaf became soft .
  2. Now take a bowl add half grated cheese add black pepper ,chilli flakes. And mix well
  3. Now take a cabbage leaf stuff the cheese mixture in it .and care fully make a ball .
  4. Now bake it in preheated oven at 110degree celcius for 5minutes.
  5. In another pan add milk add whole peeled onion and cloves bring milk to boil .once the milk is boiled take out the onion and cloves.
  6. Now add grated cheese in milk and whisk continue so that no lumps is there.
  7. Now add salt ,black pepper.
  8. Add saffron to give sauce a nice colour.
  9. In a plate put sauce on the base now put cabbage balls over it
  10. Put little cheese on the cabbage balls and again bake for 2minutes in oven at 120 degree celcius.
