Mint and corriander flavour paneer from uttar pradesh.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer -850gm
  2. Ghee -100gm
  3. Ajwain -2gm
  4. Cloves-5number
  5. Onion paste 100gm
  6. Ginger garlic paste 20gm
  7. Curd 200gm
  8. Salt
  9. Cream -100gm
  10. Garam masala 5gm
  11. For Chaman Paste-
  12. Coriander 100 gm
  13. Mint 30 gm
  14. Green chilli 20gm

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer into dice. For chaman paste Clean and wash coriander and mint .in a blender add coriander ,mint and green chilli and make a fine paste .
  2. Heat ghee in a pan add ajwain and cloves ,saute over medium heat until they begin to crackle ,add onion paste and saute for 2minutes
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for another 2minutes.
  4. Add the curd fry until curd leave the oil then add chaman paste and salt ,stir well until the masala leaves the oil again
  5. Add paneer to the masala and cook for 5minutes .
  6. Add cream add garam masala .
  7. Cook for 2 minutes . now transfer it to the dish.
  8. Serve hot with roti or naan .

It's late finding this act. At least, it's a thing to be familiar with that there are such events exist. I agree with your Blog and I will be back to inspect it more help me write my essay in the future so please keep up your act.
