Curd Bullets

Ingredients to make Curd Bullets

  • Hung curd - 1/2 Cup
  • Green capsicum finely chopped - 1/2
  • Bread slices - 5
  • Cottage cheese/paneer - 1 tbsp
  • Grated cheese - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Oregano - 1 tsp
  • Coriander chopped finely
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to make Curd Bullets

  1. Take 5 bread slices and remove corners and roll with rolling pin to make completely flat.
  2. Take the cottage cheese in a bowl, add cheese, black pepper, salt, oregano, chopped capsicum and coriander. Mix well
  3. Take one bread slice and slightly dampen with wet hands and spread the paste on the bread. Then try to make an elongated shape like bread roll.
  4. Make sure the ends are closed completely.
  5. Deep fry till golden brown and cut into half like in the picture.
  6. Serve with mint coriander chutney or ketchup.
