Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 1 tbsp
  2. Rice flour 2 tbsp
  3. Besan 1 tbsp
  4. Ragi flour 1 tbsp
  5. Bajra flour 1 tbsp
  6. Jowar flour 1 tbsp
  7. White oats 1 tbsp
  8. Rava 2 tbsp
  9. Corn flour 1 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Green chillies 2 to 3
  12. Ginger paste of a 1 inch piece
  13. Kadipatta 20-25 leaves
  14. Coriander 1 handful
  15. Water to make batter
  16. Oil for pan frying

Instructions

  1. Grind the chillies, kadipatta, ginger and coriander to a rough paste.
  2. Mix all the flours and the salt.
  3. Add some water and mix well so that no lumps remain.
  4. Add water to make spreadable batter.
  5. Add the paste you have made and mix well.
  6. Oil the frying pan and heat it.
  7. Once the pan is hot, spread a ladleful of batter like a dosa.
  8. Pour a tsp of oil around the pancake / dosa and cook on medium heat.
  9. Cook till you see browning at the edges.
  10. Turn over the pancake and cook for half a minute.
  11. Serve hot with chutney or sauce or chutney powder, as you like.
