Tater Tots

Ingredients to make Tater Tots

  • 1 kg peeled and grated raw potaotes
  • 2 tsp dry ginger-garlic powder
  • 1 cup grated chesse
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp salt, chilli powder, whole spice mix
  • 1 /2 cup corn flour
  • oil for frying

How to make Tater Tots

  1. Mix grated potatoes with corn flour and spread it on a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Add bread crumbs and all other spices and cheese and make small balls and deep fry till crisp and golden brown. Serve with any sauce.
  3. Garnish with green and red chutney and grated cheese and chilli flakes.

My Tip:

Serve it with homemade mayonnaise, regular ketchup or tamarind chutney.
