Ingredients to make Pasta with Tomato Cream sauce

  • Mixed Vegetables - 2 cups (Given below)
  • Broccoli - 1/2 cup
  • Babycorn - 1/2 cup
  • Mushroom - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1 cubed
  • Garlic - 2 to 3 cloves
  • pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Pasta - 1 cup 'al dente'
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Marinara sauce - 4 tbsp
  • Cream - 200 ml
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Cheese - 1 cube

How to make Pasta with Tomato Cream sauce

  1. In a non stick pan add and mix together onion, garlic and the vegetables. Add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning with Olive oil.
  2. Roast the vegetables for 20-25 minutes.
  3. In an another pan add butter and marinara sauce.
  4. Mix well and add cream. Add enough water to make it runny (I used about a cup). Add salt to taste (if required).
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta, roasted vegetables and cheese.
