Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boiled and mashed potato 1 cup
  2. 2 cheese slices
  3. Grated Paneer 1/2cup
  4. Soaked poha 1/2cup
  5. Amchur powder 1 tsp
  6. Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  7. 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Finley chopped coriander
  10. Green chutney 1/2 cup
  11. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  12. Maida slurry 1/2 cup (( Mix 2 tsp maida, half cup water and salt to taste)
  13. Oil for frying
  14. For the Green Chutney
  15. 1 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
  16. 1/2 cup groundnut powder
  17. 1tsp amchur powder,
  18. 3 green chillies
  19. 1 tsp jeera
  20. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mash together potato, paneer, soaked poha, garam masala, chaat masala, salt and coriander. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Make the green chutney by grinding all ingredients without any water.
  3. Make a mixture of Green chutney and cheese slices (cut the cheese slices in small pieces).
  4. Make small tikkis from potato paneer mixture.
  5. Stuff the tikkis with a mixture of cheese and chutney. Make small round balls.
  6. You can make around 12 tikkis.
  7. After making tikkis dip them into the maida slurry and cover them with bread crumbs
  8. Deep fry all the tikkis till they are crispy. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve with tomato sauce.
