Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Seer Fish : 1/2 kg (any fish as required)
  2. Red chilli powder:2-3 teaspoons
  3. Turmeric powder:1 teaspoon
  4. Salt :as required
  5. Ginger and garlic paste:2 teaspoon
  6. Gram flour :2 teaspoon
  7. Sooji :1 teaspoon
  8. Lemon juice :1 teaspoon
  9. Egg :1
  10. Oil : for frying

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the fish and keep it aside.
  2. Take a flat bowl and add all the masalas one by one.
  3. Do not add the sooji and lemon juice at this point. Make a paste using the egg.
  4. If required add some water .
  5. Spread the paste all over the fish slices.
  6. Now roll them on the sooji one by one and keep them aside. Sooji makes your fish fry more crispy.
  7. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  8. Take a pan. Add some oil and start frying.
  9. Fry till the fish turns dark brown. Need not over cook as it will become hard.
  10. Transfer to a plate and squeeze lemon juice on top.
