Ingredients to make Pepper fish fry

  • Mackerel Fish - 5 pieces
  • ginger Garlic - 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves - 3 tbspn
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice - 3 tbspn
  • oil for frying
  • fennel seeds - 1 tsp
  • Whole Black pepper - 1.5 tbspn

How to make Pepper fish fry

  1. Roast fennel seeds and black pepper gently and powder it finely.
  2. Then add coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,salt and blend till smooth.
  3. Apply the marinade all over the fish and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan and once it gets hot, place the fish and cook for 4 to 5 mins on each side.
