Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 Bread Slices
  2. 3/4 chopped coriander leaves
  3. 2/4 chopped mint leaves
  4. 2 Chopped Green chillies
  5. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  6. 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  8. Salt as required
  9. Curd for binding
  10. 2 tbsp rice flour
  11. 1 tsp garam masala powder

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add bread slices and mash it with the help of water. Add a little water so that the bread can soak it.
  2. Add chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, chopped green chillies, cumin seeds, aamchur powder, black pepper powder, salt, garam masala powder and rice flour. Mix it well.
  3. Add some curd to bind it nicely.
  4. Now take small balls from it and with the help of your palms make small peda or any shape you like.
  5. Heat some oil in wok and deep fry the vada.
