Ingredients to make The Vegetarian Shammi Kebab

  • 1 bowl boiled whole black chickpea
  • 2 bread slices
  • 1 small finely chopped onion
  • 1 inch ginger piece (finely chopped)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 spoon garam massala
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves
  • oil for shallow frying

How to make The Vegetarian Shammi Kebab

  1. Grind whole black chickpea and bread slices in the mixer.
  2. Now take a bowl and add all the above ingredients except oil. Mix it well. Now give the shape of kebab. Take a pan and heat some oil. Shallow fry the kabab and it is ready to eat.

My Tip:

Grease your hand with oil before giving shape to the kabab.
