Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soya chunks 1 cup
  2. Oats 1 cup
  3. Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  4. Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chili powder 2 tsp
  7. Boiled potato 1 large size
  8. Garam masala 1 tsp
  9. Bread crumbs 1 tbsp or as required
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak the chunks and oats in water for 1/2 an hour and then drain the excess water.
  2. Add all spices, potato, green chili, coriander leaves and mix well together. Make the tikkis . Shallow fry on tava till it done golden
  3. Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
