ABOUT Fish Pakora RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 500 gm fish - cut into desired pieces
  2. 1 Tbsp - lemon juice
  3. 1 tsp - salt
  4. 200 gms - gram flour
  5. Water as required
  6. 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp - turmeric
  8. 1/2 tsp - crushed cumin
  9. 1 tsp - salt
  10. 1/4 tsp - soda bi-carbonate
  11. Oil for deep frying
  12. Chaat masala for sprinkling before serving.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix water, flour, red chili powder, cumin, turmeric, salt and soda bi-carbonate and make a thick batter.
  2. Coat each Fish fillet with the batter and deep fry.
  3. Sprinkle with chaat masala and lemon juice
  4. Serve with ketchup or chutney.
