Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boondi
  2. 1-1/2 cups yogurt
  3. 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Black salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin seed powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  7. About 1 table spoon coriander leaves chopped
  8. Few coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak boondi in the warm water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Lightly squeeze the boondies in your palms, don't mash them.
  3. Whisk the yogurt in a bowl. If yogurt if too thick add water as needed.
  4. Add all the spices, salt, black salt cumin seed powder, chili powder, and chopped coriander leaves and mix them well.
  5. Add the boondi and mix.
  6. Garnish boondi raita with coriander leaves.
