Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg boneless chiken
  2. 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  3. 2 tsp salt
  4. 3 tsp raw papaya paste
  5. 2 tsp dry red chilli paste
  6. 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  7. 1 tsp powdered roasted cumin,coriander,cloves,cinnamon,cardamom.
  8. 1 tsp dry raw mango powder
  9. 1 pc charcoal
  10. Ghee for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Chop chicken in small pieces. Add this into a mixer and churn till coarsely ground .
  2. Then add papaya to the chicken and mix properly and add all other spices to it and keep it for 1 hr.
  3. Then heat charcoal and pour 1 tsp ghee over it. Place it in the middle of the mixture and cover it with a bowl for few minutes.
  4. Then make small patties from it and shallow fry it in ghee on both sides. Serve hot with lemon , onions and barbecue sauce.
