Ingredients to make Instant kachories

  • maida 1 cup
  • Moiyan 4 table spoons
  • water as required
  • oil for deep frying
  • Any spicy namkeen or bhujiya
  • Kasturi methi 1/4 tsp

How to make Instant kachories

  1. Knead dough adding moiyan to a semi soft dough. Let rest for few minutes till you get your stuffing ready. Grind your namkeen in a mixer. Add kasturi methi and your stuffing is ready.
  2. Now make a log with dough and cut into balls to make small discs. Fill stuffing and collect all sides to make potlies. Remove extra dough. Press softly with your palm and again roll into a small disc. Heat oil in a wok and on low flame deep fry to golden brown.
  3. Please note that you can store these kachories for 15 days..
