  • Green moong daal with skin 1/2 cup (soaked overnight)
  • besan 1/2 cup
  • spinach 1 cup (chopped)
  • Bathua 1/2 cup (chopped )
  • onion 1 (chopped)
  • haldi 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 3 (chopped)
  • jeera 1 tsp
  • Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • til chutney ingredients
  • coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli 1
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • White til 1 tbsp
  • salt
  • lemon juice 1 tsp

How to make Greenland fritters with Til chutney

  1. Grind moong daal.
  2. Mix all the ingredients properly.
  3. Make balls and deep fry in hot .
  4. Grind the ingredients for chutney and serve with fritters.

I also add mixed vegetables like cabbage, carrot and cauliflower with this batter.
